I am wanting to use the ASUS RT-N56U as an access point, i have the 'RT-N56U_3.4.3.9-097_base.trx' installed. As soon as i enable the Access Point mode for the router im unable to connect to the routers GUI menu via the IP address anymore, the router doesn't even show up if i use a program like 'Advanced IP Scanner'.

This gateway is assigning ip addresses in the range 10.1.10.XX and I went to the web interface at 10.1.10.1 and listed the connected devices and see my laptop which is connected to the Asus access point along with a few other devices, but none of the devices listed are the Asus router (I tried all the six ip addresses listed).
