Well you can try some of these tricks and it should allow you to access the setup page of your Router.. When you Open IE on your computer, First Delete the Browser Settings of your IE (Delete Cookies, Delete Offline Files, Delete Temp Files), and then Disable the Firewall and Antivirus on your computer.
