I have spoke with Mac support and they have checked the settings that Cox gave me. Mac support said that if all the ports, etc. are entered as Cox gave them to me and the mail won't send that it sounds like a server problem. After speaking to both ends and hearing them blame each other, what Mac is telling me makes more sense.

If you cannot access the Internet, contact your ISP. If you can access the Internet, reconnect your router as it was before and continue to Step 2. Log in to the router.
