Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 Control Panel Hangs/Freezes

Mar 06, 2011 · With Windows 7 it no longer disables it, and I cannot get into Control Panel Mouse at all as it just hangs. I've uninstalled the logitech and reinstalled it. I've uninstalled the Dell mouse pad. I went to Dell's site and installed the latest driver and reinstalled it. I still cannot get into the Control Panel mouse settings. Just installed iTunes 10.5 and iCloud control panel 1.0 on my Windows 7 64-bit computer. I am signed in with my Apple-ID but when I enable photo Stream and hit the Apply button the control panel freezes.
